School opening project

"All the gold in the world cannot be enough to reward a good teacher. This is the opinion of Aristotle; and yet, among us, who call ourselves Christians, the teacher is disdained. For me, if God removed me from my pastoral functions, there is no office on earth that I would more willingly fulfill than that of teacher; for, after the work of the pastor, there is no work more beautiful or more important than his. And yet, I hesitate to give preference to the first, for is it not true that one succeeds more rarely in converting old sinners than in getting children to enter the right path?"

Treatise on Education Martin LUTHER

Why create a school?

1. Opposing values

We believe that education today is based on values that are contrary to Christian values:

  • Propagation of ideologies contrary to the Bible.

  • Sex education from kindergarten.

  • Deconstruction of the family.

  • Compulsory schooling from the age of 3.

  • 40% of their time at school.

3. Why create a school, then?

  • Because children aged 3 to 12 are too young to be exposed to outside influences for so long.

  • Because the training period is crucial to lay solid foundations and grow in a healthy environment.

  • Because we have freedom in choosing teaching methods

2. School level

The school situation today:

  • Continuous deterioration in level since 2015 according to PISA results.

  • Abandoning proven traditional methods.

  • Abandonment of the rating.

4. In short...

We want to bring:

  • Good quality education based on Christian values.

  • A unique project in France.

  • An alternative to a society marked by a loss of bearings and a decline in educational standards.

  • Both spiritual and intellectual growth, integrating solid principles for the future.

  • Education is not a luxury.

A word from the school president…

"It is with the aim of seeing this project come to fruition that we solemnly appeal for your support. First, through prayer; second, by spreading the word about this project to those who may want to support it; and third, through financial support, which, as is often the case, will become the lifeblood of the battle for this endeavor."

Paul PCQ

To carry out this project we need: your support!

Private schools in France, like ours, are often expensive due to their independence from public funding. However, we firmly believe that education should not be a privilege reserved for an elite. This is why we are committed to making our school accessible to a wide range of families, while ensuring quality teaching.   We do our utmost to provide free education, while ensuring fair compensation for our teaching staff, so that they can provide excellent teaching and devote themselves fully to the education of our students.

We are committed to creating a school where teaching is based on traditional methods, which have proven to ensure solid and lasting learning. Discipline and a structured approach will serve the healthy development of each child. Our classes, of different levels and with small numbers, will allow for personalized monitoring and an environment conducive to the development of each child. Parents' education will also be at the heart of our project, with optimized school time limited to the bare minimum. We will place particular emphasis on language learning, with a bilingual French-English program, and projects such as school trips to Scotland to open our students up to the world. And the best part? Our school will be free and accessible to all! We dream of a school that educates fulfilled, responsible children ready to fulfill their vocation while remaining anchored in solid values. Our institution is based on Christian and Reformed values, that is to say that our teaching is inspired by the biblical principles of the Reformation. There is no morality more perfect than that established by God, it places God and his Word at the center of our life.
